摘要: <正>1病例资料例1,男,43岁。因进行性黄疸伴腹痛、消瘦半月入院,曾行右手背"皮下结节"切除,病理"滑膜结核",术后单用PAS治疗半年。无结核病史。查体:皮肤巩膜深度黄染,剑突下压痛,扪及约5 cm×5cm肿块,较硬、固定。实验室检查:除AKP 954.9IU/L,TBil 69.1μmol/L,余无异常发现。胸部X线未见异常。B超及CT均示:胰头部实质性占位,胆总管受压扩张。剖腹探查见:肿块质硬,位于胰头
