Prospect and progression on severe acute exacerbation of chronic hepatitis B

摘要

摘要: <正>重型乙型肝炎是由HBV感染后导致的重型肝炎,是一种因肝细胞大量坏死而出现严重功能损害的临床综合征,其发病凶险,进展迅速,预后不良。我国每年约有20～30万的乙型肝炎患者因重型肝炎等终末期肝病死亡[1]。目前,重症乙型肝炎的发病机制尚不甚明了,临床上仍缺乏敏感、特异和切实可行的综合评估体系,以及特异、有效的治疗靶点和干预手段。近年来,针对乙型肝炎重症化的发病机制、早期临床监测以及防治方法均有不少新的研究成果。
