摘要: <正>1临床资料患者,女,22岁,因"停经6月余,发热20 d,皮肤黄染半月"于2013年2月23日入院。入院前6月余自然妊娠,妊娠27+6周,孕期顺利。入院前20天受凉后发热,夜间为著,体温最高达40.5℃,无咳嗽、咳痰,无腹痛、腹泻,无尿频、尿急,无皮疹及关节痛,就诊于当地医院,诊断为"妊娠合并上呼吸道感染",静滴"双黄连、清开灵、头孢类抗生素"等,治疗10余天
