<正>中草药相关肝损伤（herb-induced liver injury,HILI）是指由中药、天然药物及其相关制剂引发的肝损伤。近年来,随着中草药在全球的广泛应用及药品不良反应监测体系的不断完善,HILI报道呈升高趋势,中草药相关因素引起的药物性肝损伤（drug-induced liver injury,DILI）越来越受到关注[1]。影响HILI发生的因素复杂多样,有药物方面因素,也有药物应用不
