摘要

摘要: 胰十二指肠切除术的手术方式存在许多争议,其术中消化道重建,特别是胰腺的吻合方式一直以来是其难点之一。介绍了目前国际上各种胰十二指肠切除术的消化道重建方式,并提出自己的观点,即根据胰管大小和胰腺质地对胰腺进行分类,以此提出新的"个体化"的消化道重建方式,进一步的指导外科医生选择恰当的手术方式以减少胰瘘等术后并发症的发生。

Abstract: The surgical procedures of pancreaticoduodenectomy are always controversial,and digestive tract reconstruction,especially the method of pancreatic anastomosis,has been one of the difficulties. This article introduces the methods of digestive tract reconstruction in pancreaticoduodenectomy at home and abroad and points out that the pancreas should be classified according to the size of pancreatic duct and the texture of the pancreas. The article puts forward the new“individualized”method of digestive tract reconstruction and instructs surgeons to select the appropriate surgical procedure to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications such as pancreatic fistula.
