摘要: <正>肝胆管囊腺瘤临床极为罕见,且易误诊和采取不适当的治疗方法。本院收治2例经病理证实为肝脏胆管囊腺瘤的病例,观察其临床特点,并探讨治疗方法及预后,同时复习相关文献,现报告如下。1病例资料病例1:患者女性,39岁,因"乏力、厌食3个月,发现肝脏占位20 d"入院。患者20 d前因乏力、厌食到本院门诊检查,腹部超声提示为肝囊肿,为进一步检查治疗收入本院。入院后完善相关检查,患者化验检查转氨酶及胆红素轻度升高,凝血
