Research advances in the role of aquaporins in liver fibrosis and liver cirrhosis

  • 摘要: 肝硬化是各种慢性肝脏疾病的最终病理结果,多种细胞、细胞因子和微小RNA参与肝纤维化、肝硬化的发生和进展。肝纤维化与病理性血管生成相互依存、促进,肝纤维化动脉毛细血管增殖的病理生理机制尚不清楚,水通道蛋白不仅转运水而且促使新生血管形成。简述了水通道蛋白在肝胆系统表达及其生理生化特征,总结了水通道蛋白在肝纤维化、肝硬化进程中的作用,以期为水通道蛋白成为肝纤维化、肝硬化治疗靶点提供新的思路和指导。
