摘要: <正>朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症(Langerhans cell histiocytosis,LCH)以前曾称为组织细胞增生症X,多认为是一组反应性增殖性疾病,以郎格罕斯细胞异常增生和播散为特征,可造成局限性或广泛性脏器损伤。发病机制尚不清楚,有学者认为与免疫功能低下、病毒感染、代谢性疾病有关。现报道1例以肝脏病变为首发表现的LCH的诊疗经过,并结合相关文献复习。
