Role of intestinal flora in the development and progression of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis

  • 摘要: 自发性细菌性腹膜炎(SBP)是肝硬化的主要并发症之一。近年来,随着高通量测序技术及肠道宏基因组学研究等生物技术的发展,肠道菌群在肝脏疾病中的作用越来越受到关注,细菌易位特别是来自肠道革兰阴性肠杆菌的易位参与了SBP的发生发展。简述了SBP发生发展的各种相关因素及肠道菌群在SBP中发挥的重要作用。生物技术的提高使肠道菌群在疾病中的作用日渐清晰,恢复肠道菌群平衡有望成为防治SBP的新思路。
