Role of cell apoptosis regulated by P53 in treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

  • 摘要: 在大部分肝细胞癌患者中,P53都存在异常或突变,这就使恢复P53功能成为肝癌治疗中一项引人注目的研究。对P53与Bcl-2蛋白家族、microRNA、TGFβ、HBV、HCV、蛋白激酶B各因子之间的关系和P53在化疗药物中调控细胞凋亡作用的研究进展进行综述,为改进肝癌治疗效果提供有益线索。
