Renal tubular acidosis in primary biliary cholangitis:a case report

摘要: <正>1临床资料患者女性,35岁,因"肝功能异常4年,乏力2年"于2016年4月19日入住吉林大学第一医院。患者4年前发现肝功能异常,就诊于本院行相关检查明确诊断为"原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)",并开始规律口服熊去氧胆酸至今。期间患者定期复查,病情相对稳定。2年前患者因间断性乏力,经检查发现低钾血症,自行间断口服枸橼酸钾,未系统复查及明确原因。既往10年前因"甲状腺功能亢进"行碘131治疗,发现甲状腺功能减退7年,目前规律口服左甲状腺素钠125μg,1次/d治疗;否认高血压、糖尿病、冠心病病史;否认肝炎、肺结核史及接
