摘要: <正>系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE）是一种全身性、炎症性、自身免疫性疾病,临床表现多变。SLE患者常有胃肠道方面的主诉[1-5],其原因通常是由于药物的副作用或感染,而非活动性SLE本身[4]。此外,由于狼疮性肠炎作为SLE的首发症状较为罕见,故当患者无SLE病史而仅发生胃肠道相关症状时,往往不容易明确SLE的诊断。大多数SLE相关的胃肠道并发症是由血管炎及免疫复合
