摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,42岁,因"突发上腹部疼痛3 d"入本院,患者于3 d前进食油腻食物及饮酒后出现上腹部疼痛,疼痛为隐痛,向腰背部放散,伴腹胀、恶心。既往无胆石症病史,17年前因腹部刀刺伤行"胃修补术"。急诊彩超示:左侧膈顶部(脾背侧)液性包块,性质待定,脾局部破裂可能。CT示(图1):脾静脉血栓伴脾梗死可能,脾周积液,不除外脾破裂;急性胰腺炎伴胰周积液。急诊以"急性胰腺炎合并脾破裂"收入本院治疗。
