<正>现有研究表明[1],HAV可通过触发自身免疫性机制导致多种自身免疫性疾病,包括自身免疫性肝病。目前,甲型肝炎所致原发性胆汁性胆管炎（PBC）的报道尚少见,现报道1例经病理证实的PBC合并急性甲型肝炎并作相关文献回顾。1病例资料患者男性,58岁,因"乏力、厌食、腹胀、尿黄2周,目黄、面黄7 d"于2016年12月12日收入吉林大学第一医院。病程中诉口干。既往史:否认自身免疫性疾病史及家族史。查体:血
