<正>药物性肝损伤(DILI)多以急性肝损伤为主要表现,直接以肝硬化失代偿为首发症状的病例较少见。现报道中药治疗甲氨蝶呤致DILI合并肝硬化失代偿上消化道出血1例如下。1病例资料患者男性,59岁,因"上消化道出血后1个月余"于2016年3月3日来本院初诊。患者2016年1月24日因突发上消化道出血于当地医院住院,经内科保守治疗后出院。自诉此次上消化道出血前未曾呕血,但发现黑便1个月余。既往有高血
