摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,41岁。2011年11月22日,体检发现ALT、AST轻度升高（表1）,未足够重视,未进一步诊治。2014年4月13日,因"乏力、尿黄"复查肝功能示TBil、ALT、AST、GGT升高（表1）,于当地医院行病毒性肝炎标志物、非嗜肝病毒（EB病毒、巨细胞病毒等）自身免疫性抗体检测:抗核抗体（ANA）、抗平滑肌抗体、抗肝肾微粒体抗体-1、抗核膜糖蛋白抗体、抗可
