Clinical value of fucosylated Golgi protein 73 in differential diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma

  • 摘要: 目的探讨血清岩藻糖基化高尔基体蛋白73(Fuc-GP73)在鉴别诊断低浓度AFP原发性小肝癌(s HCC)中的临床价值。方法选取2014年4月-12月秦皇岛市第一医院患者及体检中心健康者共150例,其中低浓度AFP s HCC患者50例(s HCC组),慢性乙型肝炎患者20例(CHB组),肝硬化患者20例(LC组),除肝癌外其他消化系统恶性肿瘤患者20例(MTDS组),健康对照者40例(NC组)。应用凝集素亲和层析柱联合ELISA法检测血清中Fuc-GP73含量。计量资料多组间比较采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验,进一步两两比较采用Nemenyi检验;计数资料多组间比较采用χ2检验。绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)评价FucGP73检测对s HCC的诊断价值。采用logistic回归分析预测模型评价各标志物联合检测的诊断效果。结果各组Fuc-GP73水平差异有统计学意义(H=87.225,P=0.001),其中s HCC患者Fuc-GP73水平明显高于其他组(P值均<0.05);Fuc-GP73在s HCC组、CHB组、LC组、MTDS组和NC组...
