摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,27岁,于2017年4月4日因"腹痛、腹胀7 d"入住本院,10年饮酒史,每天约80 g白酒。2015年因饮酒首次发生急性胰腺炎,经非手术治疗后好转出院。2017年4月再次饮酒诱发急性胰腺炎。入院时上腹持续性钝痛,伴腹胀,恶心。查体:左上腹压痛,伴轻度肌紧张,无反跳痛。CT示:胰腺形态饱满,密度增高,周围脂肪间隙浑浊渗出,并沿双侧结肠
