Interaction between the stimulator of interferon genes signaling pathway and HBV

  • 摘要: 干扰素基因刺激蛋白(STING)是新发现的天然免疫系统中的重要接头蛋白,在细胞质DNA介导天然免疫反应中发挥重要作用。胞内双链DNA识别受体均通过STING介导产生Ⅰ型干扰素以及其他细胞因子。天然免疫和抗HBV特异免疫应答不足是HBV慢性感染的关键原因。介绍了STING的发现及其结构研究的最新进展,并简要阐述了STING信号通路的活化机制。总结了国内外研究团队在STING信号通路与HBV相互作用方面的研究进展,并指出了其在临床治疗方面的潜在价值。
