Research advances in acute liver failure

摘要

摘要: 急性肝衰竭(ALF)是一种起病急、进展迅速、预后凶险的疾病和综合征。虽然近年来在ALF的病因和发病机理方面取得了很大的进步,急诊肝移植及综合性治疗的施行使此病的救治成功率有了明显的提高,但在临床实际中仍存在许多棘手的问题。就近年来ALF的分类和病因、主要的临床类型、预后评分系统及治疗等方面的研究进展进行阐述和分析。

Abstract: Acute liver failure (ALF) is a syndrome characterized by rapid onset, rapid progression, and poor prognosis. Although much progress has been achieved in the etiology and pathogenesis of ALF and emergency liver transplantation and comprehensive treatment have significantly increased the treatment success rate, there are still many difficult issues in clinical practice. This article reviews the research advances in the classification, etiology, main clinical types, prognostic scoring system, and treatment of ALF in recent years.
