摘要

摘要: 门静脉系统栓塞包含原发或继发性门静脉血栓形成、肝外门静脉阻塞等不同的病理生理过程。厘清了门静脉系统栓塞的内涵后,简要介绍了病因和分级系统,同时详细介绍了门静脉系统栓塞的发病机制和多学科协作诊断及治疗的方法,强调了多学科协作的重要性。

Abstract: Portal vein embolization involves different pathophysiological processes such as primary or secondary portal vein thrombosis and extrahepatic portal vein occlusion. After clarifying the connotation of portal vein embolization, this article briefly introduces the etiology and grading system of portal vein embolization, as well as its pathogenesis and multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment methods, and emphasizes the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration.
