A comparative analysis of pathological grading and staging systems for chronic hepatitis

摘要

摘要: 肝穿刺活组织检查对肝脏疾病的诊疗具有重要价值,能够全面、详细地描述病变形态,并给予客观的分级分期评分。关于慢性病毒性肝炎及其他原因引起的慢性肝炎的病理分级分期评分系统较多,列举、详述了各种评分方法的具体应用及优缺点,并总结了应用时的注意事项。

Abstract: Liver biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases and can give a comprehensive and detailed description of the morphology of lesions and objective grading and staging scores. There are several pathological grading and staging systems for chronic viral hepatitis and chronic hepatitis due to other causes. This article describes the application and advantages/disadvantages of each scoring system and summarizes related precautions.
