摘要: <正>自身免疫性肝病(autoimmune liver diseases,AILD)是由自身免疫异常介导的炎症性疾病,以循环中出现自身抗体、血清Ig水平升高及肝组织学炎症改变为特点,主要包括自身免疫性肝炎、原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)、原发性硬化性胆管炎、Ig G4相关硬化性胆管炎等[1]。若患者同时患有或者病程中的不同阶段出现2种自身免疫性肝病的临床、血清学、组织学特点,称为AILD重叠综合征[2],其发病机制目前尚未明确,不同
