摘要: <正>副脾是指除正常位置的脾脏外,还有一个或多个与脾脏结构相似、功能相同的内皮组织存在,为良性病变,副脾的发生率约10%[1],其中少部分为胰腺内副脾,主要表现为副脾组织位于胰腺尾部。脾囊肿亦是一种发病率低的病变[2],本文报道的胰腺副脾上皮样囊肿更是罕见,作为一种发病率极低、极易误诊[3]的疾病,其发病机制及原因暂时不明,尚无统一共识,在临床上特别是术前不易被准确诊断。1病例资料患者男性,40岁,体检发现胰腺尾部占位1月余。患者因
