Early continuous venovenous hemodiafiltration combined with hemoperfusion for successful treatment of acute liver failure and hepatic encephalopathy caused by mushroom poisoning: A report of 2 cases

摘要:
<正>毒蕈中毒主要由误食毒蘑菇导致,属于食源性中毒之一,急性起病,病情进展迅速,严重者可出现急性肝衰竭或多脏器功能衰竭（MODS）,早期及时快速有效清除毒素、减轻对各脏器损伤可明显改善预后,降低病死率。临床上通过血液透析（hemodialysis,HD）、血液灌流（hemoperfusion,HP）、HD联合HP、血液滤过（hemofiltration,HF）、连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过（continuous veno—venous hemofiltration,CVVH）、血浆置换（plasma exchange,PE）抢救成功的病例均有报道,现将本院早
