Pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma with acute pancreatitis as the first symptom: A case report

<正>胰腺腺泡细胞癌(acinar cell carcinoma,ACC)在临床上是一种罕见的胰腺癌,约占胰腺外分泌肿瘤的1%。与胰腺导管腺癌(ductal adenocarcinoma,DAC)不同,ACC很少出现急性胰腺炎[1]。在此,报告了1例以急性胰腺炎为首发症状的ACC,并回顾性分析了ACC相关文献。1病例资料患者女性,62岁,因"突发上腹部疼痛8 h余"于2017年7月31日收入本院治疗。9年前因"急性胰腺炎"在本院住院治疗。此次入院查体:皮肤巩膜无黄染,腹平,腹肌稍紧张,左上
