Epidermoid cyst in the intrapancreatic accessory spleen: A case report

<正>1病例资料患者男性,28岁,因"体检发现胰腺尾部占位性病变伴进行性增大2年"于2017年3月6日入住本院。既往体健。查体:未见明显阳性体征。实验室检验:肿瘤标志物CA19-997. 19 U/ml,余肿瘤标志物正常;肝功能、肾功能、血常规正常。辅助检查:超声检查示胰腺尾部低回声团块,大小约51 mm×40 mm,考虑囊性可能性大。全腹平扫+三期增强CT示:胰腺尾部类圆形囊实混杂密度影,大小约5. 2 cm×4. 1 cm,增强后液性成分未见强化,实性成分及分隔强化程度较正常胰腺实质略增高,不除外囊腺瘤（图1）。
