Spontaneous rupture of splenic angiosarcoma: 2 cases report

<正>1病例资料病例1:患者男性,54岁,以"上腹部胀痛10 h余"为主诉入本院。入院后行全腹CT平扫及增强提示:脾脏肿大、边界不清、密度弥漫性不均,见高密度影,增强扫描中度强化,肝脏多发异常强化影,不除外转移瘤,右侧肾上腺见类圆形稍低密度影,大小约1. 9 cm,可见轻度强化,左肾实质见类圆形低强化影。肺部CT提示双侧肱骨头、骨性胸廓多发高密度影,不除外转移瘤可能,肺部多发结节。患者行脾切除及肝部分切除
