Advances in the prevention and treatment of posthepatectomy liver failure in patients with primary liver cancer

  • 摘要: 肝切除术后肝衰竭(PHLF)是导致肝切除术后围手术期死亡的主要原因。总结了目前导致PHLF的因素、预测方法、预防措施及专家共识等方面的研究现况,得出了术前客观评价肝脏的功能状态、合理设计肝脏手术切除方式以及精准操作外科手术是降低PHLF发生率的关键措施。
