摘要:
<正>1概述当前胰腺癌已成为欧美等发达国家引起肿瘤患者死亡的第三大原因[1],在我国胰腺癌的病死率不断攀升,2017年11月中国癌症中心统计数据显示,胰腺癌已成为我国男性癌症患者死亡的第六大原因,女性癌症患者死亡的第七大原因。胰腺癌治疗困难的因素有:(1)胰腺癌侵袭性强、发展速度快,早期症状隐匿,患者就诊时多已发生转移,失去根治性手术切除机会;
