Current status and perspectives of minimally invasive surgical treatment of pancreatic head carcinoma

  • 摘要: 胰十二指肠切除术是唯一可能治愈胰头癌的标准术式,随着微创外科技术的不断发展,胰头癌的微创手术治疗也趋向成熟,越来越多的大型三甲医院相继报道胰头癌的微创手术。通过查阅文献及结合本胰腺外科中心的经验,阐述了当前胰头癌微创手术的现状,并指明胰腺癌微创治疗的前景及发展方向。
