摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,45岁,因"上腹不适,乏力,纳差3个月"于2018年9月5日入本院。查体:皮肤巩膜无黄染,腹稍膨隆,右上腹可扪及约15 cm质硬肿块,活动度差,边界不清,无压痛及反跳痛,其余体征阴性,既往体健,否认乙型肝炎病史。肝功能、凝血功能正常,AFP、CEA、CA19-9等肿瘤标志物均正常,吲哚菁
