摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,22岁,因"上腹痛伴呕吐1 d"于2018年2月16日入本院。患者1 d前无明显诱因出现上腹部疼痛伴呕吐症状,疼痛性质为胀痛,进食后加重,就诊于当地医院诊断为"急性阑尾炎",行剖腹探查术,术中见阑尾充血水肿,遂行阑尾切除术(术后病理学检查回报:急性蜂窝织性阑尾炎),术中探及
