摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,72岁,因"胰腺占位1个月"于2018年1月10日就诊于本院。患者1个月前于当地医院体检行腹部CT检查提示:胰腺占位性病变。患者为求进一步诊治就诊于本院,既往史:高血压病史15年,血压最高200/100 mm Hg,未规律服用
