摘要: <正>胰十二指肠切除术（pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD）是Vater壶腹周围恶性肿瘤及部分良性肿瘤手术治疗的标准术式[1],手术区域解剖关系复杂,术中充分解剖主要血管,明确血管变异对降低术后并发症及预后具有重要意义。现将本院收治的因
