Splenic sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation: A case report

摘要

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,31岁,因"间断性左上腹痛3 d"于2018年1月15日入本院。既往体健。查体:未见阳性体征。肝胆脾胰多排CT平扫示:脾不大,实质内见类圆形稍低密度影,大小约4. 3cm×3. 7 cm,CT值约39 HU(图1)。血常规、肿瘤标志物指标水平均正常。完善术前检查及准备后,行腹腔镜脾部分切除术,术中快速病理提示肿瘤为良性病变,切缘为正常脾组织。
