Stimulator of interferon genes inhibits the development and progression of chronic liver diseases

  • 摘要: 干扰素基因刺激蛋白(STING)是调节肝脏内环境的一种重要先天胞质环状二核苷酸传感器,主要通过天然免疫应答,特异性T淋巴细胞应答和自噬等激活干扰素调节因子(IRF) 3/IRF7,抑制慢性乙型肝炎、肝纤维化和肝细胞癌等慢性肝病的发生与发展。介绍了STING的分布、结构特点、生物学功能、信号通路及其在慢性肝病发生发展中的作用,旨在阐述STING在干预慢性肝病中的作用,从而在研究治疗中取得新思路。
