Primary biliary cholangitis with Sjogren's syndrome and immune thrombocytopenia: A case report

摘要:
<正>原发性胆汁性胆管炎（PBC）是一种慢性进行性自身免疫性肝病,是以肝内小胆管破坏为主要特征的慢性胆汁淤积性疾病[1]。PBC可合并多种自身免疫性疾病,包括干燥综合征（sj9gren’s syndrome,SS）、类风湿性关节炎、免疫性血小板减少症（immune thrombocytopenia,ITP）、溶血性贫血和系统性硬化症等,其中以SS最常见,而合并ITP者少见。PBC同时合并SS及ITP者更为少见,国内外均罕见报道。现报道PBC合并SS及ITP 1例,以期提高临床医生对该病的认识。
