摘要

摘要: 肝移植是治疗终末期肝病的唯一有效手段,但在治疗肝内胆管癌方面却一直存在争议。肝内胆管癌恶性程度高,症状隐匿,早期缺乏特异性临床表现,一旦发现多处于进展期,失去手术切除机会,预后很差。随着肝移植治疗肝内胆管癌的研究进展,制定规范化的患者选择标准、联合新辅助治疗和辅助治疗,可能成为治疗局部晚期肝内胆管癌的一种有前途的方案。

Abstract: Liver transplantation is the only effective method for the treatment of end-stage liver disease,but there are still controversies over its application in the treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma( ICC). ICC has a high degree of malignancy,occult symptoms,and a lack of specific clinical manifestations in the early stage. Most patients are in the advanced stage at the time of diagnosis and lose the opportunity for surgical resection,and thus they tend to have poor prognosis. With the research advances in liver transplantation for the treatment of ICC,development of standardized criteria for patient selection and combination with neoadjuvant therapy and adjuvant therapy may become a promising method for the treatment of locally advanced ICC.
