Recent research advances in chronicity of drug-induced liver injury

摘要

摘要: 尽管药物性肝损伤(DILI)通常表现为急性过程,但仍有约20%患者会发生慢性化。慢性DILI病程反复且无有效﹑公认的治疗方法。随着新药的不断研发及其临床应用,以及中药和食物补充剂的应用,DILI慢性化的发生率不断增高。通过DILI流行病学﹑危险因素﹑临床表现﹑诊断及治疗等角度对DILI慢性化的最新研究近况进行概述,以期更加全面地了解认识慢性DILI。

Abstract: Although drug-induced liver injury( DILI) is often an acute process,about 20% of the patients may progress to chronic DILI.Chronic DILI has a long course of disease and there is still no effective treatment. With the development and clinical application of new drugs and the wide application of herbal and dietary supplements,the incidence rate of DILI chronicity gradually increases. This article overviews the latest research advances in DILI chronicity from the aspects of the epidemiology,risk factors,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,and treatment of DILI,so as to gain a comprehensive understanding of chronic DILI.
