摘要: <正>1病例资料患者女性,49岁,因"上腹部伴腰背持续性隐痛2个月"于2018年10月25日入本院。既往高血压病史3年,未治疗。肝胆胰CT平扫+三期增强（图1）提示:平扫下可见肝实质密度减低,低于脾脏,胆囊不大,壁不均匀增厚,反折处显著;增强扫描可见不均匀延迟强化,胆囊管低位汇入胆总管,胆总管未见
