<正>据报道[1],2008年-2014年美国胰腺癌患者5年相对生存率仅为9%。特别是胰腺体尾部的肿瘤,其发病隐匿,早期缺乏特异性症状,确诊时往往有腹腔干、肝总动脉等重要血管受累。2019年美国国家综合癌症网络胰体尾癌可切除性的判断标准:胰体尾肿瘤包绕腹腔干> 180°,但主动脉和肠系膜上动脉、胃十二指肠完整无受累,可行联合腹腔干切除的胰体尾癌
