<正>1病例资料患者男性,62岁,主因"持续性上腹部疼痛8 h"于2019年7月31日入承德市中心医院。疼痛部位以剑突下为著,向右背部放散,发病后恶心,呕吐1次,为胃内容物。尿色明显加深,呈深黄色,自述寒颤1次,未测体温。急诊血常规:WBC 11. 7×109/L,Hb 143 g/L,PLT 205×1012/L,NE%80. 5%,肝功能:ALT 169 U/L,AST 136 U/L,GGT 265 U/L,ALP 231 U/L,TBil
