摘要

摘要: <正>终末期肝病可以并发多种神经系统疾病,肝性脑病(HE)是相对多见的一种。另外两种较为少见,包括肝性脊髓病和获得性肝脑变性(acquired hepatocerebral degeneration,AHCD)。AHCD多见于反复发作的HE患者或者存在门体分流导致严重代谢紊乱的患者,临床表现为锥体外系症状,包括震颤等帕金森样症候群、认知能力下降、共济失调等[1]。本文将通过分析临床诊断为AHCD的病例资料,了解其基本特征,以提高神经科、消化科、肝病科医生对此类疾病的认识。
