Role of matrix metalloproteinases-2 and matrix metalloproteinases-9 in the development and progression of chronic liver diseases

  • 摘要: 细胞外基质的降解和重塑是多种慢性肝脏疾病进展过程中的重要病理生理现象。近年来,随着对基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)研究的不断拓展,发现其不仅可影响细胞外基质的降解和重塑过程,还可通过多种机制参与炎症及免疫应答的发生和调控,进而参与肝脏疾病的进程。简述了MMP家族成员MMP-2/MMP-9的基本特性、表达活性调控机制及其在多种慢性肝脏疾病发生发展中的作用,旨在为探索慢性肝脏疾病新的治疗策略提供依据。
