Current status of the treatment of common bile duct stones after Billroth Ⅱ subtotal gastrectomy

  • 摘要: 胆总管结石是消化系统常见的疾病,作为Billroth Ⅱ式胃大部切除术后远期并发症之一,越来越受到临床医生的关注。Billroth Ⅱ式胃大部切除术后胆总管结石发病机制复杂,包括神经、体液和机械因素等。取石途径较多,选择消化内镜治疗、外科手术治疗或经皮经肝途径一直存在争论。临床上应综合评估患者的具体病情并制定个体化治疗方案以达到最佳的疗效。
