从病因病机入手提高中医药治疗原发性肝癌的疗效

Improving the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of primary liver cancer based on etiology and pathogenesis

  • 摘要: 目前,原发性肝癌的治疗以现代医学治疗手段为主。研究发现中医药能够通过影响肿瘤发生发展的多条关键通路发挥促进肝癌细胞凋亡、调节机体免疫的作用。中医药在治疗肝癌中发挥了不可替代的作用,从病因病机入手是中医药取效的关键。尽管中医药尚无理想的抗HBV药物,但是对湿、热、痰、毒、瘀、虚的病因以及在疾病发展的各个时期正邪交争的变化予以干预或许能够延缓甚至阻止疾病进展,此即针对病因病机进行治疗,亦是“治病必求于本”。临床上常见现代医学治疗手段联合中医药治疗,能够提高患者生活质量,减少肿瘤复发,与索拉非尼同用可增效减毒。至于中西医如何结合治疗肝癌、中医药在治疗肝癌中的具体作用机制等问题仍需要积极探索。
