Noninvasive diagnostic models for chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis

  • 摘要: HBV感染仍然是危及人类生命健康的重大社会公共问题。通过选择高效的无创模型判断慢性HBV感染者肝纤维化进展情况,对于评估病情、病程管理和预后判断具有重要意义。回顾了近年来在肝纤维化诊断领域常用、高效的几类复合模型,归纳了模型的研究背景、使用方法、主要的相关研究,总结了这些研究模型的优缺点,并分析了肝纤维化评估模型的整体研究情况及可能的发展趋势。通过汇总近年来的相关研究表明,尽管当前的研究模型对于我国主要以慢性HBV感染为肝纤维化诱因的患者来说还不完美,但无创模型诊断技术在肝纤维化评估中的优异表现能够为慢性HBV感染者肝纤维化评估提供借鉴和指导,并一定程度的替代肝穿刺检查。
