Global research hotspots and trends in the field of immunotherapy for liver cancer in 2011-2020 based on CiteSpace analysis

  • 摘要:   目的  通过文献计量学方法分析2011年—2020年全球肝癌免疫治疗领域的研究热点和研究趋势。  方法  选取Web of Science-SCI Expanded数据库,检索策略:#1 TS=(Liver Neoplasms OR Neoplasms,Hepatic OR Neoplasms,Liver OR Liver Neoplasm OR Neoplasm,Liver OR Hepatic Neoplasms OR Hepatic Neoplasm OR Neoplasm,Hepatic OR Cancer of Liver OR Hepatocellular Cancer OR Cancers,Hepatocellular OR Hepatocellular Cancers OR Hepatic Cancer OR Cancer,Hepatic OR Cancers,Hepatic OR Hepatic Cancers OR Liver Cancer OR Cancer,Liver OR Cancers,Liver OR Liver Cancers OR Cancer of the Liver OR Cancer,Hepatocellular)AND #2 TS=(Immunotherapy OR Immunotherapies OR Immunity therapy),时间跨度:2011年—2020年,文献类型:Article,语种:English。通过CiteSpace软件对2011年—2020年肝癌免疫治疗领域发表文献的年度、国家、机构、作者、期刊、基金分布、被引情况以及关键词等进行可视化分析,分析该领域文献关键词词频、中心性和聚类情况。  结果  共纳入1972篇肝癌免疫治疗文献,分析结果显示,中国是发文量最多的国家,中山大学是发文量最多的机构,Journal for Immunotherapy of Cancer是发文量最多的期刊。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、溶瘤病毒(如腺病毒)、肿瘤疫苗、过继免疫细胞、免疫检查点抑制剂及免疫联合治疗是当前该领域研究热点。肿瘤疫苗→溶瘤病毒免疫治疗→过继免疫细胞治疗→免疫检查点抑制剂治疗是该领域的研究趋势。  结论  近10年来,肝癌免疫治疗研究不断发展,随着新的肿瘤疫苗、溶瘤病毒和免疫检查点抑制剂的研发,免疫检查点抑制剂的改进,以免疫治疗为基础的联合治疗有望进一步提高肝癌的临床疗效。
