<正>1病例资料患者男性,60岁,因"肝肿大2年"于2014年4月19日入院。2012年4月无明显诱因感上腹部不适、乏力、纳差、反酸、腹胀,无发热,无恶心呕吐。外院胃镜检查示:反流性食管炎、糜烂性胃炎,腹部B超示肝大、脾大,胆囊多发结石,甲胎蛋白(AFP)轻度升高,肝功能正常,肝炎病毒血清学检查均为阴性,未明确肝大病因。就诊于多家医院,行腹部B超及磁共振成
